This personalized cutting board is available in 8″x 14″ or 11″x 15″ and is 3/4″ thick The text and designs are laser engraved. No decals are used. It will be finished with food safe cutting board oil for excellent protection (we do recommend that you reapply the oil as needed to protect the wood). It is engraved on one side only which is meant for display, while the other side is intended for cutting. Walnut can vary in color in both the wood and engraving. Your cutting board and/or the engraving may be lighter or darker than the example picture, though it will always be beautiful. We do not stain the boards in any way to achieve the dark walnut color. That is the natural color of walnut.
