This quilt was made using a Hawthorne Thread’s fabric line called Norwegian Woods. The quilts in the photos have been sold but I have all the materials to make more just like it. Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion of the quilt. If you would like a name appliqued on the bottom of the quilt like Jackson in the photo please select “add applique” from the drop down menu of the listing and write out the name exactly as you would like it to be appliqued. Please note the applique will be in the bottom right hand corner of the quilt as shown in the photos. The quilt measures approximately 48 inches by 62 inches. The size of this quilt is larger than most baby quilts and will make a great crib quilt or tummy time quilt that can transition to your child’s first big boy or girl bed. The fabric collection is made of a beautiful neutral palette of grays and blues with touches of gold. The fabric patterns in this collection includes owls, geometric prints, woodland prints, feathers, trees, leaves and pine cones. The quilt is quilted in a light grey thread in a simple meander pattern that does not compete with the quilt pattern. The back of the quilt is and the binding is the same charcoal grey used in the front border. The binding was machine sewn on the front and machine sewn to the back for extra strength and the longevity of your quilt. The batting is a low loft Warm and Natural 100% cotton batting.
